Armenian leadership proved their constructive stance over the past short period – Tigran Balayan
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed hope the new Armenian government will express constructive stance over the Nagorno Karabakh settlement process. Aliyev’s remarks came at the 6th Summit of Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States.
Spokesperson at Armenian foreign ministry Tigran Balayan told Panorama.am there are no new elements in the Azerbaijani president’s statement.
“Even within this short period of time the Armenian leadership have proved their constructive stance through their actions, while Azerbaijan continues obstructing the previously reached agreements that could contribute to an atmosphere conductive of peace,” Balayan added.
