Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook on Saturday, September 15th, 2018 at the traditional Artsakh Wine Festival in the Togh village of the Hadrout region.
As the press department at the President’s Office reported, High ranking officials, representatives from Armenia and the Diaspora, foreign guests were present at the event.
