Israel always ready to sell weaponry to any state, including Armenia – deputy FM

Israel is always willing and ready to sell weapons to any state, including Armenia, a deputy foreign minister said today, addressing the concerns over the country’s increased weapons supply deal with Azerbaijan.
“[The quantity] depends on the value proposition and a range of other issues,” Shavarsh Kocharyan told reporters after the cabinet meeting.
Commenting on the Isreali regional cooperation minister’s visit to Armenia, he highlighted the agreements signed at official meetings, adding that the two countries marked also the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the Israeli national holiday.
“It is, by and large, absolutely natural that the Armenian and Isreali peoples have a lot in common. There are certainly also wrinkled points, so it is really important to develop a dialogue to prevent the two countries from being isolated from each other. We are now taking real steps in that direction,” he added.
