Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Vasily Atajanyan as NKR President’s special representative.
Atajanyan has been relieved from the post of the adviser to the NKR President-permanent representative of the President in the NKR National Assembly (NA).
Under another presidential decree, Zoya Lazaryan was appointed as adviser to the NKR President-permanent representative of the President in the NKR National Assembly.
