The Divine Cavalier and his white horse
A handsome moustached robust and feline young cavalier
proudly wearing with dignity
the majestic armor of a high commander with the prestigious grade of tribune
in the powerful army of the glorious era of the Roman Empire
and handles, with dexterity, a sharp spear with his both hands
on the back of a superb vigorous battle horse of immaculate white
that dominates an enormous fallen dragon spitting out,
from its nostrils and muzzle,
flames of fury and venom
while fighting ferociously to repel the stroke of mercy that strategically aims it.
An image that,
since the early centuries of Christianity,
captures the attention, arouses the admiration and fuels the imagination
of all people who see it and marvel the panache and the feat
of the valiant and legendary fighter
who rides skillfully the magnificent and captivating stallion.
The legend tried to drape the intrepid knight with an opaque and mystifying veil
to imprison him in the fantasy and the fiction.
The strength and the credibility of the irrefutable evidences,
that strongly support the real story of his life
and his patent, resonant and frequent miracles,
radiate, however, as the blazing sun in the middle of the firmament
and clearly demonstrate the truth of his prodigious and multiple actions
for the good and the salvation of people from all kinds and nations.

From an exemplary son to pious and remarkable parents
to a redoubtable warrior who always led his contingent to victory,
he never knew the failure or the defeat in his life
in the dawn of Christianity in Cappadocia and in the Levant.
Soliciting a title of nobility to crown his memorable military career,
he rejoined the pagan monarch who was exaggeratedly feasting, at that time,
with eighty of his kings reputed to be ruthless and wicked.
The stone idols were in the center of their libation
where each of their subjects had to drink in the honor of the lifeless divinities
and pledge to them allegiance and submission
in the grandiose ceremony dedicated to their veneration
to obtain the favors of his vicious and universal government
and avoid the wrath of its members and their horrible punishment.
Incensing before the statues inhabited by the evil spirits and the demons,
that took refuge in them to make from chimeras and illusions an imposing religion,
was the peak of the euphoria and the ecstasy of the cursed leaders
in their nasty megalomania and its frightening hallucinations.
They used to see in this absurd and humiliating ritual a delirious tribute,
indirectly paid to their pretended august persons,
to satisfy their pride and allay their apprehensions
as to secure their rule and ensure, in this way, the supremacy of their domination
and its legacy to their progeny in the future generations.

Feeling the sorrow and the rage for the decline and the degradation
that were hitting by full force the rulers
and inciting them to impose debauchery and perversion,
under the worst threats and the flagrant intimidations, to an entire population,
mainly the Christians who, terrorised from the horrifying persecutions,
were living in the silence and the denial of their belief since three years,
the brave officer, which name is George, decided
to break the terrifying spine of the ambient evil and to straighten out the situation
to the benefit of the freedom of the faith and its free expression
even if he had to sacrifice his life and irrigate with his blood his conviction
to give to the truth the chance to grow and bloom
in a suitable environment for its expansion.
For that intention, he sacrificed,
without hesitating,
his fortune, his renown and his ambitions
to defend his faith in the Lord
through Christianity that was, at that time, still nascent.
The earthly richness and glories, suddenly, lost in his vision
all value and appeal
when the price to acquire them would cost him his spiritual commitment
that was the true meaning of his life and his real passion
in front of which slipped away all the worldly desires and aspirations.

Before a crowd of ignoramus, hypocrites and arrogant people,
gathered together under the disgraceful and disgusting banner
of the material interests that were unfairly controlling the course of the events,
the Holy Spirit, who was dwelling in the courageous military leader, raised his voice
and publicly reprimanded the vile politicians
for walking in the path of the misfortune and the deceptions,
which always ends in the ruin and the lamentations,
and for leading, by the ruse and the repression,
their subjects to the same deplorable fate.
On another plane,
he radically refuted all their lies and fallacious arguments
that were misleading the simple and innocent people
and precipitating all of them together to the abyss and the nothingness.
The young officer, well regarded and respected
from his superiors and the most powerful ones,
with the irreproachable reputation
quietly assuring to him an influential and brilliant future,
turned, in no time, into a dangerous dissident
severely threatening the order of the empire
by unveiling and proving the truth through strong and convincing proofs
and amazing deeds that were considered as sorcery having no equivalent or even similar.
By resolutely moving forward on the path of the truth,
all what emanated from the valorous defender of his confession
was purely serious affronts and appalling blasphemies
to the gods made by the hands of the most skilful craftsmen.
The behavior of the enterprising militant, revealing the reality and mocking openly
of the false holiness and its various and misleading appearances,
was highly inviting the citizens to disobedience and rebellion
against a regime that was imposing itself by the deceit, the reprisals and the oppression
through a so-called unique religion
in order to wear a sacralising dress
that made the fact of removing it a capital betrayal
to the pretended holly laws of the empire and its fictitious saint regulations.
To abjure the dogma and the ritual,
embraced by one of the most prestigious and powerful conquerors
along the human history,
was a major transgression punishable by the death penalty and the execution
through the worse kinds of tortures and the dreadful torments
to serve as a deterrent example to all those who were tempted
to commit such an unforgivable offense.

George who was passionately and strictly following the path leading to sanctity,
thanks to his noble disposition and his extreme self-abnegation,
underwent during seven consecutive years
the most abominable horrors reserved for a culprit of his type and rank.
From the barbarism and the savagery of the punishments,
he brutally died three times
to resuscitate, by the Divine will and intervention,
in great shape, the day after his death
while the authority was about to officially declare his decease
and proceed to his inhumation.
From the most inhuman tortures to the most damned and lethal sorceries
to the most powerful temptations, including seduction,
nothing succeeded to divert George from his fervent vocation
and to shack his infallible determination
to save Humanity from the crushing yoke of the captivity and the subjection
of the empire of evil and the various aspects of its subordinations.

Firmly supported by heaven in every moment
and by the Christ in person who multiplied to him the apparitions
to fully cure him from his serious and numerous wounds, fractures and lacerations
and to grant him with the most precious and sublime promises and blessings
to strengthen and encourage him to go forward
to overcome the evil, symbolically represented by the fierce and hideous dragon,
George was not only getting back to life,
but also completely recovering his health, strength and vigor
of a tough, skilful and invincible belligerent
and hit everyone with ineffable amazement
with his perfect appearance without the least affection.
Resolute more than ever to fight till the culmination
to triumphantly reach his only and ultimate goal,
the Champion of faith, considering with great love his eminent objective
and looking forward to perfectly achieving it,
stood his ground and further exasperated his assailants
who finally lost all hope in his conversion
and hastened to permanently get rid of him
after having been, during years, sufficiently and publicly ridiculed
by thinking that their alleged victim would consider his position
and change his suicidal decision
in front of the unbearable and variable pressures and aggressions
that no human could stand one of their tiny fractions.
After bringing to the real faith a multitude of adherents,
of different ages, professions and nations,
throughout his ferocious fight and his heroic resistance of seven years,
George was ultimately decapitated in public
to leave his body bless the Earth and his holly soul attentively watch over
all those who implore him in the distress and look for his efficient and quick mediation
to run to their rescue, his sharp spear in his hand, on his immaculate white horse,
to defeat without delay, by the Holy Spirit of his Great God in him,
every adversity, hardship and affliction
that harms or threats the believers
as in the times of the early Christians where he was one of the contemporaries
fighting, devotedly and fiercely, in their favor
to end by achieving a crushing victory on the horrifying dragon.
