Armenian, Russian FMs meet in Yerevan

The Armenian and Russian top diplomats meet in Yerevan on Monday on the sidelines of the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s (CSTO) ministerial summit.
According to a press release by the Foreign Ministry, FMs Edward Nalbandian and Sergey Lavrov discussed particularly the bilateral strategic alliance and agenda, and the implementation of the earlier agreements reached between the two countries’ presidents.
The ministers also addressed the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, focusing particularly on the activities towards bringing to life the plans agreed at the recent talks in Vienna (Austria) and St Petersburg (Russia).
Regional and international developments were also on the meeting’s agenda.
