The French ENGIE electric utility company, which provides energy services in over 70 countries, is interested in Armenia’s market, too.
General Representative of ENGIE in Russia and Ukraine & Head of the Representative Offices of Moscow, Albert Grigoryan, stated the aforesaid at his talk with chairman of the State Committee of Water Economy (SCWE) of Armenia, Arsen Harutyunyan.
As per Grigoryan, ENGIE is interested in the SCWE policy on reducing energy consumption for irrigation purposes in Armenia, and by way of creating gravity flow irrigation systems, the committee press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Harutyunyan likewise noted that saving energy is a main task of this domain.
At the request of the guests, the SCWE chief also spoke about the current activities of this committee.
