Under the support of the Armenian Development Fund (ADB), a delegation of German and US businessmen is in Armenia to consider prospects of launching the production of antiputrefactive and dispensing machines.
The initiative, which is part of an investment project, proposes founding an enterprise to deal with the manufacturing process, the Fund’s press service reports.
“The Armenian Development Fund is ready to provide the necessary assistance at any phase to successfully implement the investment project,” the Fund’s chief executive, Karen Mkrtichean, said at a news conference held jointly with the Ophardt Hygiene Technologies’ founder and director.
The fund had earlier arranged the investors’ meeting with members of the Armenian Government, German ambassador to Armenia, heads of medical centers, and legal counseling firms.
It is the business delegation’s second trip to Armenia. Earlier, they visited the country in September participate in the Made in Armenia exhibition.
