15,956 real estate transactions were closed in Armenia in May 2019 which is down by 1.9 % to compare with April data and up by 17.8 % -with May 2018.
As the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadaster under the Armenian government, In May of the ongoing year, the average market price of the 1 sq. meter of apartments in capital Yerevan rose by 0.9 % against the April average price and by 9.9 % to compare with May prices of the previous year.
The average market price of one sq. meter of apartments in Armenian provinces rose by 0.5 % to compare with April data, the source said.
