President of France awards Mark Moogalian

Professor Mark Moogalian received France’s highest honor for preventing a terrorist attack in Paris-Amsterdam train.

He received an award from President of France Francois Hollande, 100 Lives reported.

Earlier French President Francois Hollande awarded  the Legion d’Honneur to the four heroes, Americans Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler, and Briton Chris Norman. He said that he would award Moogalian too as soon as possible.

Professor Mark Moogalian, 51, was shot in the back after trying to apprehend the attacker who had just emerged armed with an assault rifle from the aforesaid train’s toilet. Mark Moogalian is a member of a family of Armenian descent from Virginia, U.S.
