The first group of military helicopters has arrived in capital city Yerevan’s Erebuni Air Base of the Southern Military Okrug (district) base of the Russian Armed Forces that are stationed in Armenia.
The seven choppers were brought from Krasnodar Krai (region), Russia.
Press service of the Southern Military Okrug informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that another consignment of military helicopters will be sent by the year’s end.
Erebuni Air Base has become a component of the 102nd Russian Military Base in Gyumri, Armenia.
