Armenian government releases text of regulation signed with Azerbaijan

The government of Armenia has released the text of the regulation of the commissions on Delimitation and Border Security between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which was signed on August 30.

The regulation is included in the agenda of the upcoming September 5 Cabinet meeting.

The regulation mentions that the commissions will rely on the 1991 Alma Ata Declaration as the fundamental principle for the delimitation process of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and if in the future the agreement on peace and establishment of interstate relations will envisage other regulations, then this fundamental principle will be aligned with the principles defined in the abovementioned agreement.
