The European Union considers the issue of prolonging the mandate of its civilian observation mission in Armenia very seriously. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan during the governmental hour in the National Assembly of Armenia on October 23, answering the deputies’ questions.
“Since we do not yet have a signed and ratified peace treaty with Azerbaijan, since we do not yet have a finalized delimitation process, stable and long-term peace, relations between our countries are not regulated and there are problems, the Armenian side certainly has certain concerns about Azerbaijan’s possible actions,” Mirzoyan said.
