The military council meeting of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army took place today.
The session was held under the chairmanship of Lieutenant-General Levon Mnatsakanyan, who is also the Defense Minister and commander of the Defense Army, NKR Defense Ministry press-service reports.
The issues related to the organization of military duty and improvement of engineering facilities were addressed at the meeting. The latter was also attended by the heads of subdivisions.
Following the speeches, the discussions were summed up and proposals were introduced. The Defense Minister gave corresponding instructions.
