25 servicemen of the Armenian troops that has a symbolic name Pyunik will participate in sergeant training courses in Kansas.
The first two phases of the training were held in Armenia. During the final phase the Armenian servicemen in small units under the supervision of instructors from Kansas National Guard will enlarge their knowledge on responsibilities of sergeants, management, and sergeant – officer relations. The Armenian servicemen in Pyunik troops will also be introduced to the sergeant training programs of the US Armed Forces.
The sergeants who are involved in Pyunik troops have displayed a higher performance in the Armenian Armed Forces, whose skills and abilities were also assessed by the Kansas National Guard instructors during the courses held in Yerevan.
