The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia has issued a statement on the occasion of World Refugee Day.
“On World Refugee Day we once again draw attention of international community to policy of ethnic cleansing of Azerbaijan which left thousands of Armenians forcibly displaced from Azerbaijan towns of Sumgait, Baku, Kirovabad as well as from Nagorno-Karabakh territories under Azerbaijan control,” reads the statement posted on the Twitter account of the Armenian MFA.
