President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday 24 of February received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs James Warlick, Igor Popov, Pierre Andreu and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The mediators briefed the President on their meetings in Baku and discussed issues related to the problems at the current stage of talks and further moves, President’s press service reported.
Serzh Sargsyan welcomed the statement issued by OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in Krakow on January 27 which, according to the Armenian leader, differs from the previous statements. The statement finally contains a direct call to Azerbaijan to remain committed to its obligations aimed at reaching peaceful settlement of the conflict.
