According to the data released by Armenia’s National Statistical Service (NSS), from January to May 2017 the meat production volumes rose by 6% in Armenia, comprising for 16 399.6 tons. In the past year 15 478.4 tons of meat was produced in Armenia in the same period.
According to the statistics, the meat products, including sausages, increased by 73%, totaling to 3,890.4 tons. The production of semi-finished meat products also rose by 58.1% to 288.6 tons.
