At Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, the government decided to appoint Artur Poghosyan as Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia—and for a period of 6 years.
And according to another decision by the government, Eduard Hakobyan was appointed Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that both Poghosyan and Hakobyan are not new people for them.
Recently, Investigative Committee chairman Argishti Kyaramyan and State Revenue Committee chairman Rustam Badasyan had resigned at Pashinyan’s “request.”
