The dynamics of the ongoing negotiation process on the issue of [Artsakh] Nagorno-Karabakh is quite high, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during talks with Russian and Armenian Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Ararat Mirzoyan in Moscow.
“The dynamics of the negotiation process is quite high,” he said.
Bayramov added that the results of the negotiation process are “slightly inferior to the dynamics of the negotiation process itself.” “But with all this, it would be wrong to say that there is no positive result at all or does not exist,” he stressed.
