Car burns down in Armenia village as a result of Azerbaijani firing

A civilian car has burnt down as a result of shootings from the Azerbaijani side in Armenia’s Tavush province yesterday, Armenia’s Defense Ministry Spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

The incident took place near Paravakar village: several shots from the adversary’s side hit the car, as a result of which it burnt down. Fortunately, nothing happened to the driver.

Nevertheless, Artsrun Hovhannisyan noted the shootings didn’t last long, and at the moment it’s peaceful on the border, there being no serious tension.
