FM: Azerbaijan will submit to Armenia new package of proposals on peace treaty

Azerbaijan will submit to Armenia a new package of proposals regarding the peace treaty. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this at a joint press conference held in Baku with his visiting Serbian counterpart, Marko Djuric, according to Report.

Bayramov reminded that Azerbaijan had submitted the latest package of its proposals to Armenia on July 24, and that Yerevan had responded 70 days later.

“When we studied the response, we saw that the points on which the parties did not agree were simply removed from the text. Armenia believes that the issues can be resolved in that way. Armenia should approach the issue more seriously,” said the Azerbaijani FM.
