Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan refused to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in the UK. Hikmet Hajiyev, aide to the Azerbaijani President – head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, stated this, haqqin.az reports.
“The meeting was proposed by the British side, and ‘the Armenian prime minister’s refusal from it is a retreat from the peace agenda,” Hajiyev emphasized.
