Since June 15, Azerbaijan has prohibited as well the humanitarian cargo transportation from Armenia to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), due to which Artsakh has introduced a strict economic regime in all domains, including fuel, the Artsakh Information Center informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Accordingly, gasoline and diesel fuel are provided in the most necessary cases: to organize agricultural work, to take patients to medical facilities, to transport agricultural products from the regions in a centralized manner to Artsakh’s regional centers and capital Stepanakert, and to organize the work of public transport and the urgent activities of some state bodies.
