Armenia PM to Germany chancellor: Attempts to distort Prague, Brussels, Granada principles are unacceptable

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a telephonic conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Tuesday.

Armenia-Germany cooperation, and further development of Armenia-EU relations were discussed, the PM’s office informs.

Also, they conferred about the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process. In this connection, the premier noted that Armenia is ready to achieve solutions on the basis of principles agreed on October 6, 2022 in Prague, on May 14 and July 15, 2023 in Brussels, as well as on October 5, 2023 in Granada. But Pashinyan considered unacceptable any attempt to distort those principles.

In addition, PM Pashinyan thanked Chancellor Scholz for supporting the democratic reforms in Armenia, as well as the development of Armenia-Germany and Armenia-EU relations.
