The final exams conducted in Azerbaijan have revealed that there were pupils among 9th and 11th graders who could neither read nor write APA reports.
“There are 24 such pupils from 11th grade, another 76 being 9 graders. The present statistics has been revealed on the basis of the protocols of exam supervisors. It’s odd that these pupils have reached the 9th and even 11th grade,” the representatives of the Azerbaijani State Commission on Student Admission (SCSA) noted.
