President of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR) Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday held a working consultation on teaching military engineering in the Artsakh State University and—within this context—issues related to cooperation between the Alma Mater and the Artsakh Defense Army.
Chairman of the National Assembly of Artsakh, Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials attended the consultation, the press service of the Artsakh president reports.
